A report by the Institute for Local Self Reliance found that nearly half of new stores opening in the US in 2021 were Dollar Stores. And, according to its website, 75% of Americans live within five miles of a Dollar General. This makes it easy to combine the Dollar Store stop with the rest of your grocery shopping.
